Charles Wayne Smithson Jr.
Charles Wayne Smithson, Jr., age 54 of Beechgrove, Tennessee passed from this life on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, Tennessee.

Chuck was born Friday, November 8, 1963 in Nashville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Charles Smithson and Bobbie Waters Bradley.

Chuck is survived by his:
mother - Bobbie Bradley
step-father - Donnie Bradley
sister - Kimberly Anderson and husband Tim
2 step-sisters - Sammie Haynes and husband Rick
April Bradley
nephew - Bradley Anderson
2 nieces - Kelly Gilliam and husband Wesley
Kacy Anderson
several step-nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.

A graveside service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 25, 2018 at River Side Cemetery. Interment will be in River Side Cemetery, Woodbury, TN.
