Obituary for William Ross Dyer Jr.
William Ross Dyer, Jr., age 75 of Morrison, Tennessee passed from this life on Friday, May 4, 2018 at his home.
William was born Thursday, May 7, 1942 in Cookeville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Ross Dyer and the late Ethel Morgan Dyer.
He was a life long Dairy farmer and member of the Morrison Church of Christ.
William is survived by his:
2 daughters - Teresa Pelham and husband Rodney
Vanessa Dyer and boyfriend Vince Smart
2 sons - Johnny Holt and wife Dara
Trey Dyer and wife Candie
7 grandchildren - Stephen, Cody, Dakota, Cierra and husband Lee, Ashley and husband Alex , Justin, and Leah
4 great grandchildren and 2 more on the way
brother - Leslie Dyer and wife Margaret
many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends also survive.
In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his wife Lois Holt Dyer, daughter Kathy Swallows
Funeral services will be Monday, May 7 at 1 PM with Leroy Deadmon officiating. Interment will be in Stroud Cemetery, Morrison, TN.
The family will receive friends Sunday, May 6, 2018 from 3 to 9 PM and again Monday from 8 AM to 1 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children 2900 Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, FL 33607 or St. Jude Children's Hospital PO Box 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38101-9908
