William Clifton "WC" Bonner, age 73 of Morrison, Tennessee passed from this life on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

W.C. was born Thursday, March 11, 1948 in McMinnville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Clifton Bonner and the late Edna Lois Vanatta Bonner.

W.C. served in the US Army, and loved hunting and fishing

W.C. is survived by his:
son, Derrick S. Bonner and wife Emi
daughter, Lorie Hopkins
5 grandchildren, Emily, Logan, Kodi, Shelby, and Stacie
3 great grandchildren
2 brothers, Jim Bonner and wife Debbie of McMinnville TN and Shorty Bonner of McMinnville TN,
3 sisters, Frances Argo and husband Todd of McMinnville TN, Barbara Currey of McMinnville TN, and Rita Kesey and husband Lanny of McMinnville TN.
many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also suvive.

Preceded in death by his wife of 29 years, Rebecca Sue ( Farless) Bonner, parents, Clifton and the late Edna Lois Vanatta Bonner, brother Robert Carl Bonner.

Veteran Honors performed by American Legon Post 173 and VFW Post 5064

A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home located at 415 North Chancery St. McMinnville, Tennessee 37110. Interment will be in Mtn. View Cemetery, McMinnville, TN.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, December 20, 2021, and again Tuesday from 8 AM to 1 PM at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home, 415 North Chancery St., McMinnville, Tennessee.
