Stephanie Dawn Weast, age 44 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, January 7, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Stephanie was born Friday, March 22, 1974 in Muncie, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Milton Melton and the late Betty Melton.
Stephanie is survived by her:
husband - Lloyd Weast
2 special children - Jaylyn Templeton, and Willow Templeton
4 bonus children - Tabitha Sanders and husband Wesley, Tia Weast, Kiana Weast, and Eddie Weast
2 sisters - Sara Templeton and Kim Sain and husband Troy
nephew - Thomas Sain
niece - Shannon Sain
other family members and friends also survive.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 3 PM at the First Baptist Church of Smartt, in Smartt, TN, with Johnny Newby officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family askes that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expences.
