Ruby Katherine Nelson, age 71, of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Ruby was born Saturday, June 9, 1951 in McMinnville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Pearlie and Christian King. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Son, Doug Nelson; Daughter, Angie Fisher; Brothers, Junior Melson, Ricky Melson and George Melson.
Mrs. Nelson is survived by her Husband, James Wayne Nelson; Daughters and Sons-In-Law, Betty and Bud Minton, Kay and Jr. Johnson, Nichole Nelson, Bree King and Dusty Fisher; Sisters, Edna King, Lisa and Junior Manus and Pat and David Ferrell; Brother, David Melson; Several Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022, at The Gardens of Memory Funeral Home. There will be no service.
