Roy was born Saturday, November 3, 1945 in McMinnville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late George Sparkman and the late Annie Gay Sparkman.
Roy is survived by his:
daughter - Diane Bouldin and husband Billy
son - Donnie Sparkman
sister - Betty Howard and husband Ronnie
granddaughter - Katherine Yates
2 great grandchildren
many other family members and friends also survive.
In addition to his parents, Roy was preceded in death by his wife Katherine Elaine Sparkman.
