Phyllis Ann Stevens, age 53 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Saturday, April 14, 2018, at her home.

Phyllis was born Wednesday, May 27, 1964 in Plant City, Florida, she was the daughter of Mary Nunley Winningham and the late Whaylor Stevens.

Phyllis is survived by:
daughter - Jennifer Mason
3 sons - Randall Mason Sr. and wife Daphany
Trent Mason and wife Jamie
Randy Evans
10 grandchildren - Summer Wakefield, Jackson Baker, Jasmine Mason, McKenzie Mason, Olivia Mason, Randall Mason Jr., Brooklyn Mason, Kinsley Mason, Natalie Mason, and Eythan Mason
mother - Mary Winningham
4 brothers - Phillip Stevens, Robert Stevens, Terry Neal, Johnny Neal
many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.

In addition to her father, Phyllis was preceded in death by a brother Charles Ross Stevens, and a sister Betty Renee Roark.

There will be no services for Ms. Stevens.
