Phyllis Carol Bailey, age 70, of McMinnville, TN, joined her Heavenly Father on March 29, 2022. She is survived by her brother, Mark Bailey, nephew, Shaun Bailey (Rhonda), niece, Angela Loria (Chris), and four beautiful great nieces, Sophia, Brooke, Emma and Vivian. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Dorothy Bailey.

On August 24, 1951, Kenneth and Dorothy Bailey were blessed with a beautiful blue-eyed baby girl. She had a lovely childhood and always remained very close to her parents. Phyllis called Texas her home for a number of years. She loved spending time with family and frequented the gorgeous beaches of Corpus Christi. She was a very talented painter, loved to sew and spent her quiet time curled up with a good book. Phyllis eventually retired to her hometown in Tennessee. Being outdoors, visiting with family and friends and attending church brought her joy.

Phyllis will forever be remembered by her kind and loving heart. She will be dearly missed, but all can find peace knowing she is in her eternal home.

The family will have a celebration of life service at a later time.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to her memory to McMinnville Meals on Wheels or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
