Patsy JoAnn Hobbs, age 69 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, January 25, 2021, at her home.
Patsy was born Monday, October 8, 1951 in McMinnville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Barkley Kennedy and the late Jennie Phillips Kennedy.
Patsy is survived by her:
brother - Richard D. Kennedy and fiancée Diem Khanh Tran
many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her brother Kenneth S. Kennedy,
Services will be held at a later date. Burial will be held in the Mtn. View Cemetery.
