Olivia Tolentino,age , 56 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at Saint Thomas MidTown Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.

Olivia was born Monday, November 8, 1965 in Monterey, Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Santos Ortiz Gomez Sr. and the late Elena Ortiz Carranza.

Surviving are son, Jonathan Daniel Tolentino and daughter, Michelle Tolentino of McMinnville, TN. spouse, Luis Mendez of McMinnville TN. Several siblings and cousins also survive.

Olivia was preceded in death by her parents and her son Jose Tolentino Ortiz Jr.

A Funeral service will be at 1:00 AM on Monday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home located at 415 North Chancery St. McMinnville, Tennessee 37110. Interment will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Smartt, TN. with Pastor, Elias de Jesus Guerra Romero officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, October 25, 2021, at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home 415 North Chancery Street McMinnville TN 37110. Interment will follow in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
