Mr. Matthew Douglas Williams, age , 50 of McMinnville, TN passed from this life on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at his residence in McMinnville, TN.
Matthew was born on Friday, June 11, 1971 in Wayne, MI to James and Dorothy Fisher Williams. He was the seventh of eight children and lived in Michigan until 1994 when he moved to Tennessee.
Matthew was a concrete construction worker for 20 years, He was a faithful christian, devoted husband and loving father. He was a member of the Bethlehem Church of Christ in Lebanon, TN.
Matthew made friends wherever he went with his outgoing personality, He could always be seen wearing his favorite red and white polka dot hat.
Matthew was loved by many and will be deeply and greatly missed.
Matthew is survived by his wife Tamara ( Davis) Williams of 27 years, his parents James and Dorothy Fisher Williams of Crossville, TN, four dauthers, Megean and husband Jacob Hershey of Cookville, TN, Jillian Williams of McMinnville, TN, Emma Williams of McMinnville, TN, Sarah Williams of Elizabethtown, KY, three brothers James William Jr. and wife Marisa of Westland MI, David Williams and wife Kari of Garden City, MI, Bill Williams of Crossville, TN, four sisters, Deborah Williams of Crossville, TN, Jennie Sadley and husband Mike of Wayne, MI, CarolynTheiss and husband Larry of Smyrna, TN, Karen Fripp and husband Christopher of Crossville, TN. One grandchild Audrey Hershey of Cookville, TN. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
There will be a memorial service held at the Bethlehem Church of Christ in Lebanon, TN. at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 23, 2022. With Bro. Donnie Rhoten officiating.
Visitation with the family will be before the service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
