Marcia Josephine Ackerman, , 64 of McMinnville, Tennessee formally of Castile, NY passed from this life on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at her home.

Marcia was born Wednesday, June 29, 1955 in Springville, New York, she was the daughter of the late Frank Ebert and the late Marlene Haskel Ebert.

Marcia and her husband Jerry owned and operated their business for 29 years before retiring to McMinnville, TN. She enjoyed gardening, photography, cooking and family.

Marcia is survived by her:

Vicki Heisler and John Hamon
Bobbie Jo Ackerman
Penny Ackerman
son - Chad Ackerman and wife Aimee
2 brothers - Randy Ebert
George Ebert
sister - Wendy Herring
9 grandchildren
4 great grandchildren
many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.

In addition to her parents, Marcia was preceded in death by her sister Carol Ebert.

A celebration of life service will be held Friday, January 17, 2020 from 5 to 7 PM at the St. Catherine's Catholic Church 1036 Faulkner Springs Rd. McMinnville, TN 37110.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the American Cancer Society 108 Post Hill Court McMinnville, TN 37110.
