Mabel was born Thursday, August 27, 1925 in Swart, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Philip Phillips and the late Madge Cooper Phillips.
Mabel is survived by her:
daughter - Shelley D. Brown and husband John
son - Douglas Walter Peters and wife Cristina
9 grandchidren
14 great grandchildren
1 great great grandchild
many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
In addition to her parents, Mabel was preceded in death by her husband John Whitmire Peters and a son Philip Lester Peters.
