Linda Marie  Weaver
Linda Marie Weaver, age 62 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Thursday, December 21, 2017.

Linda was born Sunday, December 18, 1955 in Camden, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late John Godshall and Louise Rossell Godshall.

She is survived by her:
son - Brad Weaver and wife Kim of McMinnville, TN
grandchildren - Kamryn Locke and Seth Locke of McMinnville, TN.
cousins - Nancy Manzoni and husband John of Vineland, New Jersey, Bob Hunt and Bill Hunt of Vineland, New Jersey, Betty Lou Baumgartner and husband Bob of Mt. Ephram, New Jersey
close friends - Matt Hash of McMinnville, TN, Susan Johnson of North Carolina, and Joe and Shelly Batt of Tampa Florida
other family members and friends also survive.

In addtion to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brother Bill Godshall of McMinnville.

Linda was a graduate of Tampa University, where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She was a long-time business owner of Weaver's TV and Appliance, located in McMinnville, TN. She was an avid dog lover and cherished the family dogs Dooney and Bourke.

Linda was given the gift of life and now has given it back. Linda first got sick in 2014, from Lung Cancer. November 2017 the cancer had progressed and was deemed to be terminal. She decided to have a joyful and full life rather than be sad about the cancer diagnose. She continued to be upbeat for the remainder of her life.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later time in New Jersey. Instead of flowers the family request donations be made to your favorite charity in Linda's name.

The Weaver family would like to extend a special appreciation to Caris Hospice and Staff of Cookeville, TN.
