Linda Lou Cripps, age 70 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Sunday, January 2, 2022, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Linda was born Friday, June 15, 1951 in McMinnville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Basham and the late Beatrice Bunch Basham.
She was a factory worker and a member of Smartt Baptist Church.
Surviving are son, Jimmy Glenn Cripps Jr. of McMinnville,TN, 2 sisters Carolyn Basham Blish of McMinnville TN, Margie King and husband John of McMinnville TN, 3 brothers Herbert Basham Jr. and wife Dean of McMinnville TN , John A. Basham of McMinnville TN, Freddy Basham and wife Pam of McMinnville TN, Special friends, Richard Walker of McMinnville TN, Rodney Walker of McMinnville TN, Diane Floyd of McMinnville TN. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends also survive.
One grandson, Brandon Cripps of McMinnville TN.
Preceded in death by her parents, Herbert Basham and Beatrice Bunch Basham,
one sister, Juanita Burnett, sister-in law, Paulette Basham.
Funeral service will be 2 PM, Thursday Januray 6, 2022 at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home with Danny Barnes officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, McMinnville, TN.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Gardens of Memory Funeral Home 415 N. Chancery St. McMinnville, TN.
