Larry born Monday, October 19, 1959 in McMinnville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Charles Woods and the late Maggie Gribble Woods.
Larry is survived by his:
3 sons, Demorro Grayson and wife Kristin
Kevin Woods
Michael Woods
10 grandchildren
6 great grandchildren
2 sisters, Rosalind Wright and Laticia Woods
many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
A Memorial service will be at 4:00 PM on Sunday at Hiawassee Church of Christ located at 8642 Manchester Hwy. Morrison, Tennessee 37357.
