Kathy Lynn Bouldin, age 63 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Friday, September 27, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, Tennessee.

Kathy was born Thursday, November 24, 1955 in McMinnville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Herschel Simmons and the late Violet Davis Simmons.

Kathy is survived by her:

3 sons - Joey L. Bouldin
William H Bouldin and wife Denise
Kevin W. Bouldin
6 grandchildren - Jaylen Bouldin, Gavin Bouldin, Khloe Bouldin, William H Bouldin II, Kayia Sliepenbeek, and one on the way
2 brothers - Donnie R. Simmons and Bobby J. Simmons and wife Sarah
3 sisters - Barbara Cantrell, Linda McAdams and husband William H, Francis Nolan and husband Peter
step-father - T.D. Owens

2 step-brothers
many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.

In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her two brothers Anthony Simmons, Edward Simmons.

A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home located at 415 North Chancery St. McMinnville, Tennessee 37110. Interment will be in Shellsford Cemetery, McMinnville, TN.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 PM on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, and again Wednesday from 8 AM to 1 PM at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home, 415 North Chancery St., McMinnville, Tennessee.
