Jerry O'Neal Phillips, Jr., age 55 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Sunday, May 6, 2018, at his home.
Jerry was born Saturday, June 30, 1962 in Tallahassee, Florida, he was the son of Jerry Phillips and Mary Enfinger Rykard.
Jerry is survived by his;
wife - Carol Phillips
step-son - Miles Cantrell
father - Jerry O'Neal Phillips, Sr.
mother - Mary Alice Rykard
3 brothers - Allen Phillips and wife Susi
Rev. Dewitt Phillips and wife Deborah
Thomas "Tommy" Phillips and wife Regina
sister - Teresa Spooner and husband Eddie
half-sister - Angel Creasey and husband Phillip
half-brother - Kenny Rykard and wife Angie
2 step-brothers - Maurice Rykard and wife Connie
Perry Rykard
step-sister - Maurica Rykard
many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
Jerry was preceded in death by a brother Michael Phillips, step-brother Glenn Rykard and his step-father Maurice Rykard.
Family will have a Memorial service at a later date.
