Obituary for James W. Holt Jr.
James W. Holt Jr., age 77 of Morrison, Tennessee passed from this life on Thursday, January 2, 2020, at his home.
James was born Sunday, May 10, 1942 in McMinnville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late James Holt and the late Margie Gann Holt.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Smartt.
James is survived by his:
wife - Lynnora "Kay" Hickenbottom Holt
daughter - Jamie I. Holt
former wife - Ruby Holt
brother - Cecil Holt and wife Shirley
3 sisters - Hazel Green and husband Charlie
Irene Harrell and husband Norman
Nancy Potter and husband Billy
special children - Mealonie, Huston, Melissa, Stevie, Jr.
Aunt Minnie
special cousins - Martin and Larry Holt
many friends and other family members also survive.
In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his infant brother Billy Ray Holt
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Smartt Baptist Church with Johnny Newby officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Viola, TN.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at Smartt Baptist Church, Smartt, Tennessee.
