Jack Milligan, age 90 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Saturday, July 11, 2020, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Jack was born Saturday, January 25, 1930 in Woodbury, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Bill Milligan and the late Nannie Vandergriff Milligan.
He was a member of the West River Side Church of Chirst, He served in the US Air Force and worked as a Plumber for many years.
Jack is survived by his:
3 daughters - Lisa Saitta and husband Joe
Tammy Bost and husband Don
Diane Knowles and husband Jimmy
son - Kim Milligan and wife Tina
grandchildren - Erika Burdine and husband David, Mileah Martin and husband Chris, Dustin Lewis and wife Hannah, David Bost, Drew Milligan and wife Rebekah, and Alyssa Milligan
great grandchildren - Isabella Burdine, Parker Lewis, and Aubree Lewis
brother - Jimmy Milligan and wife Shirley
sister - Betty Billings
brother-in-law - Boyd Gentry
friend - Sepal Taylor
Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Hill Milligan, a granddaughter Misti Nichole Lewis, two brothers Billy Eugene Milligan and Milton Brown and wife Alma, six sisters Sammye Tenpenny and husband Virgil, Marjorie Lorance and husband Morgan, Quixie Frances Carroll and husband Dixie, Rachel Hillstrom and husband Jack, Shirley AnnTate and husband Kenneth, and Helon Gentry
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home located at 415 North Chancery St. McMinnville, Tennessee 37110 with Drew Milligan officiating. Interment will be in Smyrna Cemetery, McMinnville, TN.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home, 415 North Chancery St., McMinnville, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be in his memory to Ronald McDonald House and Boyd Christian School,
