Glen Ray Taylor, age 72 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, January 14, 2019, at his home.
Born Sunday, June 9, 1946 in McMinnville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Paul Taylor and the late Murtis Nolan Taylor.
Glen is survived by his:
wife - Betty Glenn Taylor
3 daughters - Kim Muncey and husband Jerry
Emily Freeman and husband Mike
Karen Underwood and husband Jason
2 sons - Johnny Taylor
Sherman Myers
10 grandchildren - Jeremy Muncey, Brandon Muncey, Nancy Freeman, Cassie Underwood, Megan Underwood, Josh Underwood, Jasper Myers, Gary Myers, Kayla Rackley, and Daniel Hudson
8 great grandchildren - Arieanna Muncey, Aleah Muncey, Gunner Myers, Chloe Myers, Bonnie Myers, Bentley Myers, Abbie Rackley, and Brayden Hudson.
2 brothers - Ronnie Taylor and wife Teresa and Roy Taylor and wife Barbara
5 sister - Selma Boyd, Treva Glenn and husband Bobby, Pauline Ware and husband Roger, Alene Parsons and husband Sam, and Pam Taylor
many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
In addition to his parents, Glen was preceded in death by his brother Danny Wayne Taylor.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home located at 415 North Chancery St. McMinnville, Tennessee 37110 with Bill Walkup and Carson Rust officiating. Interment will be in Center Hill Cemetery, McMinnville, TN.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 9 PM on Thursday, January 17, 2019, and again Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home, 415 North Chancery St., McMinnville, Tennessee.
