Obituary for Franklin Lee Carr
Franklin Lee Carr, age 64 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2023, at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Mr. Carr was born Thursday, July 24, 1958 in McMinnville, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Oscar Brown Carr and Mary Ruth Hillis Carr. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Larry Carr and Gene Carr.
Frank is survived by his wife, Margaret Rolley Carr of McMinnville, TN; Children, Tracy Carr, Larry Spell, and Wanda and Lee Myers all of McMinnville, TN; grandchildren, Misty Spell, Kristie Bouldin and Harvey Wright, Brandy Myers, Daylan Spell, Dalton Jordan and Mason Caswell; sisters and brother-in-law, Darlene Carr, Charlene Carr, and Margaret and Jimmy Self; brother, Bobby Carr; sisters-in-law, Charlotte Slonim and Carol Patterson; brother-in-law, Charles Rolley; several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
Frank enjoyed fishing and was a former employee at Tennsmith where he worked as a machinist for several years.
A Funeral Service was held 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2023 at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home with Danny Barnes officiating. Interment followed in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Warren County.
The family received friends 9:00 a.m. until the time of service 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2023 at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home.
Gardens of Memory Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
