Obituary for Dolores Joanne Bailey (Rinker)
Dolores Joanne Bailey, age 87 of Spencer, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at NHC HealthCare.
Dolores was born Sunday, November 17, 1935 in Hannibal, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Levi Rinker and Mildred Ocheltree Morriss. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Bailey, son, Mike Bailey and granddaughter, Michelle Bailey.
She loved to travel, volunteering with numerous non-profit organizations, playing games from cards to mahjong and socializing with friends and family.
Mrs. Bailey is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Diana Bailey and Mark Farus of Spencer, TN; daughter-in-law, Rhonda Bailey of Cedar Rapids, IA; grandson, Tim Bailey of Cedar Rapids, IA.
Mrs. Bailey requested to be cremated and her ashes spread to the wind by her family.
There was no visitation or service at the funeral home.
