Obituary for Delora Ione Leftwich
Delora Ione (Lori) Leftwich, age 62 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, January 29, 2018, at her home in McMinnville, Tennessee.
Born Wednesday, October 19, 1955 in Belvidere, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Archie C. Smith and late Anne M Wingerter Smith.
Lori was the beloved mother of Brandon Leftwich of Chester, IL. and Valerie N. Leftwich of McMinnville, TN. She is watching over 5 very loved grandchildren Tyler D. Leftwich, Chloe L. Leftwich, Phoenix R.A. Leftwich, Zoie Shockley and Peyten Roseberry all of Southern IL. She is survived by 2 sisters, Beverly Dirks and Sarah Fergus both of TN. 2 nieces Racheal Wente of Iowa and Jodi Durre of Effingham, IL. 3 nephews, Bradley Schaubert, Jared Smith and Kurtis Dykes all of TN. Many great nieces and nephews and many friends also survive.
In addition to her parents, Lori was preceded in death by her sister Patti Smith, nephew Erick Wente, niece Megan Wente and grandparents Joe and Ione Wingerter.
She was a great friend to many and loved by all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
