Clara Jeannette Arnold, age 82 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Friday, February 25, 2022, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Jeannette was born Sunday, February 18, 1940 in Cookeville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Clifton Strode and the late Mary Shockley Strode.
Jeannette survived by her:
husband, Horace Arnold
daughter, Annette Robertson
2 grandchildren, April Vance and husband Eddie
Matthew Robertson
6 great grandchildren, Starr Smith, Dominic Robertson, Aaliayh and Khloe Robertson, Bentley Robertson, and Myrical Unique Robertson
sister, Christene Grayson
many other family members and friends also survive.
In addition to her parents, Jeannette was preceded in death by her 6 brothers Ralph, Clinton, Benton, Fred, Jack, Howard "PeeWee" Strode, and a sister Loretta Evans.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home located at 415 North Chancery St. McMinnville, Tennessee 37110 with Eddie Vance officiating. Interment will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Smartt, TN.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home, 415 North Chancery St., McMinnville, Tennessee.
Due to Covid there will not be a repass after the service.
