Bertha Elaine Hobbs, age 73 of McMinnville, Tennessee passed from this life on Friday, June 29, 2018, at NHC HealthCare, McMinnville, TN
Bertha was born Saturday, October 28, 1944 in Sparta, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Bethal Sweeney and the late Mary Ferrell Sweeney.
Bertha is survived by her:
2 sons - Jimmy Wilder
Jason Hobbs
2 daughters - Elaine Clayton
Carolyn Hobbs
10 grandchildren - Kelly Wilder, Keyonna Wilder, Dewayne Wilder, April Bonner, Adriane Brown, Amanda Holguin, Dina Northcutt, Megan Rife, Kirsten Pinkard, and Taylan Hobbs
13 great grandchildren
Many other family members and friends also survive.
In addition to her parents, Bertha was preceded in death by her husbands Leighton Wilder and William "Bud" Hobbs, and a daughter Vera Ann Wilder.
A graveside service will be at 3:00 PM on Sunday at Summitville Cemetery. Interment will be in Summitville Cemetery, Manchester, TN.
